When you work with us, we’ll pair you with a personal producer who will work with you to learn about your needs and execute your vision. Will
Will has loved podcasts for over a decade, and after graduating from Algonquin College’s Broadcasting program he decided to pursue his passion. At Pop Up Podcasting Will brings his attention to detail and technical prowess to in-studio and remote recording sessions. Will produces live streams as well as editing audio and video podcasts with pinpoint accuracy. Outside of podcasting, Will enjoys reading high fantasy, cycling, and is an avid follower of NBA basketball.

JP
JP Davidson is the founding producer of Pop Up Podcasting. He started podcasting as a hobby in 2010, and it quickly became an obsession, and a career. Before founding Pop Up Podcasting in 2017, JP studied audio documentary at the Transom Story Workshop; produced stories for CBC Radio; taught podcasting workshops; and worked to launch podcasts for clients like RBC, Greenpeace, and The Globe & Mail. He’s also founded groups to help podcasters connect: The Canadian Sound & Story Workshop, and Ottawa Podcasters. When he’s not thinking about podcasting, JP can be found nerding out on the latest tech trends, and trying desperately to keep up with his increasingly quick toddler.

Richard
As the newest member of our team, Richard brings with him 15 years of audio editing experience. His creative journey began in high school, where he and a friend started an independent media label. The label grew to over ten musicians, multiple photographers, graphic designers, and more. In 2017, Richard returned to full-time education at Algonquin College for Marketing and Advertising Business Communications, and Radio Broadcasting - receiving Honours in both. In his spare time, Richard works on multiple musical projects and writes scripts for potential Radio Dramas he hopes to produce and direct himself.
